Pebble Creek is a gated community with 24-hour security and has only one access which is off 14 Mile Road, just east of Farmington Road. These homes feature a combination of brick and wood exteriors with ranch and colonial style floor plans. Most of these townhouse/condos feature basements with 2 to 4 bedrooms, 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 bathrooms, and in sizes from 1500 ft.² to 3800 ft.². Most homes also offer opens floor plans and formal dining rooms with a one or two car garage, fireplace, patio, and a deck. These condos were built between 1972 and 1987 and higher-priced homes have usually undergone remodeling or updating. Homeowner’s dues are between $300 and $500 per month based on the unit and association phase. These fees cover management, grounds maintenance with sprinklers, and a community pool for residents and their guests.

Pebble Creek condos are located in the West Bloomfield Public School District and are served by Doherty Elementary (grades k-2), Sheiko Elementary (grades 3-5), Orchard Lake Middle School, and West Bloomfield High School. Some private schools that service this community include the Frankel Jewish Academy, the Everbrook Academy, and the Maria Montessori Center.
The entrance to Pebble Creek is just seconds to Farmington Road and West 14 Mile Road, which offers a variety of services such as food markets, restaurants, gas stations and clinics. The Glenn Oaks country club is less than a mile as well as the Franklin Hills country club and Knollwood country club if you’re looking to get in some great golf.
To the east is Orchard Lake Road, which provides a good combination of restaurants, shops, markets, and daily necessities.
