Built between 1969 and 1971, these homes feature 3 to 4 bedrooms, 1 1/2 to 3 bathrooms, and layouts from 1,300 to 2,100 square feet. The Camelot Courts Subdivision was incorporated in 1968 as a nonprofit organization and originally purchased 8 acres of land, which eventually became the 156 homes in Camelot Courts. Homeowner’s dues cover common area maintenance and subdivision management.

Home styles consist of ranches and colonials. Several of the higher-priced homes in this community may have seen renovations and upgrades, which could include granite counters, new appliances, new flooring, and updated cabinetry.

Residents are part of the Farmington School District and are served by Beechview Elementary School,  East Middle School, and beginning in 2019, Farmington High School.

Just down West 11 Mile Road at the intersection of Middlebelt Road are shops, restaurants, markets, and daily necessities. The John C Lodge Fwy and I-696 interchange is just a couple minutes east of the subdivision. Here you’ll also find the mall, Cinemas, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Panera Bread, Starbucks, and many other restaurants and stores.
