This neighborhood has been highly desirable and there are 5 zones to the subdivision within the master-planned community. Subdivision 5 is one of the newest in Maplewoods North. Homes in subdivisions 1 – 4 are roughly priced between $350,000 and $550,000. The average price for subdivision 5 is between $550,000 and $680,000. Lots are between 10,000 ft.² and 1/2 acre. Homeowner association fees are approximately $160 per year. These fees cover common area maintenance and neighborhood management.
