Transportation for Seniors
West Bloomfield Parks and Recreation and SMART provide transportation for West Bloomfield residents who are senior citizens, age 55 or over, or persons under the age of 55 with a physical and/or mental disability.
Transportation is available to West Bloomfield Parks and Recreation Programs, and Medical Transports within West Bloomfield and up to six miles outside of the Township.
Transportation is available for Non-Medical Transports within West Bloomfield and up to one mile outside of the Township.
Transportation is available Monday - Friday from 8:15 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. To schedule a tranport, call 248-706-2411 Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Transportation cost is $1.00 each way.
